Sometimes it can be difficult to accept that you need a little help, yet it can make a tremendous improvement to your quality of life.

Calverton Supreme Home Care's services are designed around the needs of our service users and are available to anyone who wishes to receive care at home; for as short or long a time as required. This may be every day, just on an occasions, a once week basis or on a full time, live-in basis.

Assistance provided can include (but is not limited to):

  • Personal hygiene
  • Getting up in the morning
  • Bathing and washing
  • Getting dressed
  • Mobility
  • Meal preparation
  • Cleaning
  • Shopping
  • Laundry
  • Sleep-in
  • Companionship
  • Escort on outings/holidays

How much will it cost?

We charge an hourly rate, or part thereof, for the time that a carer is in attendance. There is a fixed-price system applied to sleeping-in services. Public Holidays are charged at an enhanced rate. Rarely, there may be a charge for the cost of travel to and from your home, however, this would always be made clear well in advance – before the service commences.

Once we have an understanding of your situation and requirements, we can assess what the likely cost will be each week. There are no hidden extras.

Ways to Pay
We can accept payments by cheque, Credit transfer, Debit/Credit card or cash.

How does it work?

You tell us what your requirements are and we design a care package around those needs. It is that simple.

After discussion with you, we conduct an assessment and put together a Care Plan. This is regularly reviewed by our Registered Manager to ensure that you are satisfied with our levels of service.

A contract will then be drawn up, outlining our commitments to you, and your commitments to us.

We also conduct regular ongoing monitoring and spot checks. Copies of our findings will be presented to you. We also encourage feedback regarding your experiences and perceptions of the service. Your opinions really do matter.

Will I always get the same carer?

We will try where possible to ensure that you do, however, we can't guarantee it every time as there are always holidays, sickness and the unforeseen to take into account. You will always know who is coming as you will receive a printed list of times and carers for the week ahead, so you are kept fully informed.

What if?

There are likely to be lots of questions you'd like to ask. You are always welcome to pop into the office, or telephone us (our address and telephone number can be found on the contact us page of this website). We can assure you of our utmost discretion.

What should I do next?

Come and speak with one of our managers, we're open Monday to Friday and there's always somebody around between 09.00 am and 5.00 pm who will be happy to discuss your particular needs, in confidence and without obligation.
